1) What this page is (plain English)

Qwayk LLC (“Qwayk”, “we”, “us”) provides software tools and documentation for working with third‑party APIs.

This page is a general disclaimer. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. It supplements (and does not replace) our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you need advice for your specific situation, you should consult a qualified professional. Your use of our site, tools, or documentation does not create a professional-client relationship.

2) Local-first tools; you are responsible for outcomes

You run the tools on your own systems and you control:

  • API keys and accounts
  • permissions/scopes
  • where, when, and how commands run

You are responsible for your decisions and for any changes made through third‑party APIs (including content changes, deletions, account actions, billing changes, or data exports).

3) “As is”; no warranties

The website, tools, and documentation are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind (express or implied), to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4) Third-party services are not under our control

Qwayk depends on third parties and infrastructure we do not control. For example:

  • website hosting and memberships (Ghost(Pro))
  • payments (Stripe, via Ghost(Pro), if enabled)
  • analytics (Ghost analytics and/or Plausible, if enabled)
  • DNS/proxy/email forwarding (Cloudflare)
  • code delivery (GitHub, if enabled)
  • the APIs you connect to (WordPress, Ghost, Freepik, Plausible, Mercury, Pinterest, Unsplash, Statuspage, Amazon PA‑API, etc.)

We are not responsible for third-party availability, outages, changes, suspensions, rate limits, pricing, enforcement actions, or the accuracy of third-party information.

5) Information accuracy (no promises)

We try to keep our documentation, examples, and guidance helpful and up to date, but we do not guarantee that any information is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for validating and testing before relying on it. We are not obligated to update any information, examples, or guidance.

Links to third-party sites or services are provided for convenience only. We do not control or endorse them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

7) Safety and verification reminder (not a promise)

Many Qwayk tools are designed to be safe-by-default (for example: plan/dry-run steps and explicit apply flags for writes). That design does not guarantee results.

Before you apply changes, you should:

  • run a dry-run/plan first
  • review the plan (a human review is recommended)
  • apply only with explicit flags
  • verify results after applying (read-back where possible)
  • keep backups when appropriate

8) Support (best-effort; no SLA)

Support is provided on a best-effort basis and we do not guarantee response times or outcomes. Details (including any future paid support terms) are governed by our Terms of Service.

We do not currently rely on affiliate links. If we use affiliate links in the future, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and we will disclose it clearly near the link.

10) Paid memberships (Applies only if we offer paid plans)

If we offer paid memberships in the future, billing and payments are handled by a payment processor (typically Stripe, via Ghost(Pro)). Paid plan terms, cancellations, and refunds (if any) are governed by our Terms of Service and (if published) our Refunds page.

11) Newsletter or marketing emails (Applies only if we run them)

If we run a newsletter or marketing emails, we will describe the details (opt-in/opt-out) in our Privacy Policy and you will be able to unsubscribe.

12) Community, comments, or uploads (Applies only if enabled)

If we add community features (comments/forums/uploads), you are responsible for what you post and you must comply with applicable law, our Terms of Service, and any additional rules we publish for those features. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

13) Mandatory rights

Nothing in this disclaimer limits rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be limited.

14) Liability and disputes

This disclaimer is not a complete statement of liability limits or dispute procedures. Please review our Terms of Service for warranties, liability limits, and dispute-related terms.
