Accessibility Statement

Accessibility statement and how to report an accessibility issue on the Qwayk site.

Qwayk

1) Our goal

We aim to make the Qwayk website usable and accessible for as many people as possible.

2) Standards we aim for (plain English)

Accessibility guidelines can be complex. As a practical target, we aim to align with WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonable for a small, early-stage site.

3) Scope

This statement applies to the Qwayk website and member experience that we control (including our Ghost theme and page templates).

Some parts of the experience may rely on third parties (for example: Ghost(Pro) infrastructure and browsers/assistive technologies), which we do not control.

4) Known limitations

We are early-stage and improving. Some pages or components may not yet meet every accessibility expectation.

Examples of issues you may encounter:

  • incomplete alternative text on some images
  • inconsistent heading structure on some pages
  • keyboard focus/contrast issues in some UI components
  • third-party embedded content that is not fully accessible

5) Feedback and help

If you have trouble using the site or notice an accessibility issue, email: support@qwayk.com

Please do not send secrets (API keys, tokens, passwords).

Please include:

  • the page URL
  • what you were trying to do
  • what went wrong (and any screenshots if helpful)
  • your device and browser (example: iPhone Safari, Windows Chrome)
  • any assistive technology you use (example: VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS)

We’ll do our best to respond and help, but support is provided on a best-effort basis (no SLA). We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days.

If you need the information in an alternative format, tell us what would work best for you.

6) Updates

We may update this statement over time and will update the “Last updated” date when we do.
